DYNICS products are covered by a 24-Month limited warranty. In case of repair or to request an authorization return number for a previously purchased DYNICS product, please fill out this form to request an RMA or call us at (734) 677-6100 or email us.
Please note the following:
Customer is responsible for all shipment charges in all non-warranty repairs.
Unless otherwise specified, all received units will be shipped back via Ground Service or any other shipping method as selected by DYNICS.
Do not ship software, manuals, handbooks, cables, peripherals, etc., with the unit.
Non-Warranty returns require a Purchase Order before any evaluation or work can begin.
Labor and parts are covered by a 90 day warranty.
