Customer is responsible for all shipment charges on non-warranty repairs. Unless otherwise specified all units will be returned via Fed-Ex Ground. Do not ship software, manuals, etc. with the unit.

Non-warranty returns require a purchase order before any evaluation or work can begin.

Labor and parts replaced are covered by a 90-day warranty.
