Internal Heat Management

The Pentium 4 CPU runs hot and if your chassis is not designed to handle the heat, then internal components will fail, especially the hard drive.

The A2T chassis uses two long-life 80mm Ball-Bearing System Fans to dissipate heat and provide airflow throughout the chassis.

In addition, the 2.5" Hard Drive is located at the top of the chassis, not buried within the system. The location allows for airflow while also making it easily accessible with just the removal of the chassis back plate.

NEMA 4X Stainless Steel Bezel

Because the NEMA 4X Stainless Steel Bezel is standard, the A2T-15 is an out-of-box solution for those industries requiring NEMA 4X, such as Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical and offers durability to all other users.

Drop-In Mounting & Tool-less Design

Adding to the ease of replacing, the A2T-15 fits the same cut-out as the Allen-Bradley VersaView 1500 and Xycom 3115/4115 systems making it a drop-in replacement.

Also, mounting the system into the cut-out is made easier with the use of specially designed mounting keys that don't require additional mounting holes to be drilled, or a even a screwdriver.

The fact that we ASSEMBLE the A2T in our Ann Arbor facility means that we provide the same 72-hour burn-in as the rest of our systems while still maintaining a short lead-time.
